When should a pre-launch founder discuss insurance?

I have not started trading, but I am signing supplier agreements and testing with customers. Is insurance already relevant?

Review cover before activities create liabilities or contracts require it. Describe the real work, people, premises, equipment and data to a suitable broker; compulsory and appropriate cover depend on your facts.
