Be useful and specific
Share relevant experience, cite current official sources for important claims, and state uncertainty. Community content is not professional advice.
Protect people and data
Do not publish private customer, employee, health, financial, account or identity information. No harassment, discrimination or doxxing.
No hidden selling
Declare commercial interests clearly. Cold outreach, lead harvesting, disguised adverts, fabricated discounts and moving conversations to private channels are prohibited.
Moderation and appeals
Automated checks may hold content for review. Moderators can approve, hide or remove content and restrict accounts with a recorded rationale. Appeal by contacting the site owner with the discussion URL and relevant context.
New contributor safeguards
New contributors have tighter daily limits. Contributor access is reviewed before posting and may be paused when moderation or safety requires it.
